Job Title: BCBA Team Member
Location: Kindsbach & Hochheim Germany
Type: Full-time 30 hrs/wk Salary

What We Value in Team Members:
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification

- Experience with PEAK assessments and PFA/SBT preferred
- Proven ability to handle conflicts constructively, and support both individual client success and team cohesion

Location: Multiple locations across Germany (Kindsbach, Hochheim, Stuttgart, Grafenwöhr)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver holistic, neuroaffirmative occupational therapy services
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, particularly BCBAs
- Develop comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans
- Administer and score standardized assessments
- Foster authentic connections with clients and families
Professional Development & Support:
